Our Kids’ Supply Caddies

in arts and crafts, family, shopping

There have been several comments about the cool supply caddies that my kids have for their school things, so I wanted to talk about them briefly.  (I have one too and it has little monsters on it — love it!)

They were made with scrapbooking papers and embellishments on Pampered Chef tool turnabouts.  Now, before I get kudos for being so crafty and creative, I have to admit that my sister Kristin made them.

She has several available in her Etsy shop, All That Scrap.  She also shared with me that she has a few blank ones left at home, so she could take a couple of custom orders.  (I had her custom make most of the ones we have, which was a lot of fun.  It also gave us something to keep our spirits lifted, as she decorated those while we were at our Grandparents’ house while our Grandma was dying and we were taking care of her around the clock.)

If, by some chance, you live near East Tawas, Michigan, she is also having a class soon for making the tool caddies (the cost includes the tool caddy and supplies).

Thanks Ang! You are too sweet to promote my shop! I am just thrilled that you all are getting so much use out of your caddy’s. I love mine as well, and it is really quite amazing just how much you can fit in these things!!

I so wish I wouldn’t have sold my caddy a couple years ago at a garage sale. So creative. Thanks for this great idea!
