So much fun! My kids have been content with the "you give him this, I'll give him that" two choice variety, but as they get older they may need more of a selection.

This is so sweet! I remember very clearly doing something like this in a store that was set up maybe for kids of single parents? I was able to pick out a real surprise for my mom, and I still remember the pride it gave me.

We do the same thing (or at least did) and the kids call it Mom's Shop. I got big quantities of items from Oriental Trading (etc) and then they shopped for what they wanted to get their friends. They loved it.
