Sorry the Neti Pot is not working...if it's not coming through, keep trying. That just means you are that stuffed up. It often takes many, many tries to get it to irrigate correctly. My mom always lectures me that I should use it daily so I don't get to that totally stuffed up point.

Hope you feel better and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I'm sorry you're still stuffed up!There was a trick I used when I had a sinus infection: put a tbsp. of vicks in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Cover your head with a towel and breathe in the steam. Do this for 15 minutes taking breaks now and again. It should help clear SOME stuff up at least temporarily. ALSO, I just read recently that onions are amazing healers for all things including sinus infections! 2 options: slice a fresh onion and rub it on your sinuses, and put the onion slice in a bowl right next to your head when you're sleeping and you should wake up all clear in the morning. I haven't tried it, but other bloggers have with glowing reports! Can't hurt to try! Get well soon!
http://alison.blogsome.com
