Recycling Your Old Crocs

in clothing, going green

I just saw the link to this organization on Blissfully Domestic, and had to share it. I know, some people think Crocs are ugly, but we love them in our household. Every member of the family has at least one pair. And some members of the family have more than their fair share.

Anyway, the organization SolesUnited recycles old Crocs that have been donated and makes them into new Crocs for people in parts of the world where most people don’t even have shoes.

There is a nice (and short) movie on the right hand side if you visit the site that explains about what they do. It was really nice, and is less than two minutes.
