Monday: Teriyaki Chicken & Vegetable Fried Rice
Tuesday: Baked Ham Sandwiches & Fries (and then delicious banana walnut raisin muffins for dessert) — this meal was all thanks to my wonderful Mom (we only did the fries! LOL)
